My approach is informed by my own experiences with trauma, including navigating the complexities of religious trauma, childhood trauma, and the profound isolation that can accompany those struggles. I understand how challenging and arduous it can be to untangle past wounds and reclaim your sense of self.
I'm a native of Russellville, AR, and settled in NWA in 2017. I enjoy a lot of hobbies, but I am most content when I can connect with friends or nature, or when I can express myself through creativity. I'm also passionate about animal rescue and volunteering. I believe we can find richer purpose and healing through involvement our communities. I have a herd of rescue animals and a rescue husband, who has been doing life with me since 2013.
Be compassionate to the small you that still exist within.
