About Me

       My approach is informed by my own experiences with complex childhood trauma, including the loss of a parent at a young age, and later, religious trauma. I understand how challenging it can be to untangle past wounds and reclaim your sense of self. But happiness can be found if we are willing to pursue it!

       I'm a native of Russellville, AR.  I enjoy a lot of hobbies; friends, nature, and all things creative.  I'm also passionate about animal rescue efforts, I believe we can find richer purpose and healing through helping others and our communities. I have a herd of rescue animals and a rescue husband, who has been doing life with me since 2013.
