Hey there!

My name is Shannon and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor practicing in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I'm passionate about providing caring, ethical, and effective mental health counseling.

I work primarily with women, in all stages, helping them navigate challenges and lay the ground work for a more satisfying and happier life. I have continuing education surrounding PTSD and Complex PTSD, as well as experience deconstructing religious trauma.

My goal is for you to meet your goals, and to find peace outside of therapy more and more, to where I am no longer needed at all.
